Neighbors are the backbone to any community, but this group of friends went above and beyond the call of duty. When they learned that a home in their quiet, classic neighborhood was slated for the auction block, they banded together. Two families bought the property. A local agent in the neighborhood agreed to list the home without taking a commission. Another neighbor tackled the construction. One donated the epoxy garage floor. A friend in the business secured the appliances at pennies over cost and they ALL used their own elbow grease to finish up. And my big contribution to neighbors is some dry banana bread and candy on Halloween. Hmm.
Lucky for us, The Neighbor’s House was called in to put the finishing touches on this already amazing home. The renovations are stunning and, combined with two whirlwind days of staging by our team, this house received three over-ask offers the minute it hit the market. Take a look!
